1. Scope and operator

These terms govern use of hype9.agency, an informational website operated under the hype9 brand, VAT ID PL7712761265. Contact: hello@hype9.agency.

2. Website and enquiries

The website presents our digital services and provides email and telephone contact links. Browsing is free and does not require an account. Sending an enquiry does not place an order or create an obligation to purchase.

The scope, price, delivery dates, intellectual property arrangements and other conditions for paid work are agreed separately. These website terms do not replace a project agreement.

3. Technical requirements

You need an internet connection and a current browser. JavaScript enables optional interface features and animations; the core content and contact links remain available without it. Email and telephone links require an appropriate application on your device.

4. Acceptable use and intellectual property

Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt to compromise its security, disrupt access or submit unlawful content. Website text, visual materials and branding may be protected by intellectual property rights. You may view and use them as permitted by law; other reuse requires permission from the relevant rights holder.

5. Availability and external links

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but maintenance, technical faults or network issues may interrupt access. Service descriptions are general information; project-specific commitments are set out in a separate agreement. External websites are operated by their respective providers.

Report website problems or complaints to hello@hype9.agency. Please describe the issue and include the page address and enough contact information for a reply. We will review the report and respond without undue delay, within any applicable statutory deadline.

7. Privacy and applicable rights

Our Privacy policy and Cookies policy explain personal data and browser storage. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.

8. Changes

We may update these website terms as the service changes. Updates do not amend separately agreed project contracts. You may stop using the website at any time.
